As a JavaScript Engineer at Mayavian, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable JavaScript applications. You will work closely with the development team to design and implement efficient and performant solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Your expertise in JavaScript development will contribute to the successful delivery of projects, meeting client requirements and driving the success of their digital initiatives.

What you will do

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement frontend solutions using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and modular code to ensure efficient and scalable application development.
• Optimize frontend performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of JavaScript code.
• Stay updated with the latest JavaScript trends, frameworks, and tools, and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend interfaces with server-side functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a JavaScript Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing JavaScript projects.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and modern frameworks/libraries.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems like Git is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or courses in JavaScript development or frontend technologies would be a plus.
