As a Product Manager at Mayavian, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your goal will be to deliver innovative and user-centric digital products that meet client requirements, exceed customer expectations, and drive business growth.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user insights, and business goals.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and priorities.
• Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and agile frameworks.
• Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints to deliver impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or courses in product management or agile methodologies would be a plus.
