As a UI/UX Designer at Mayavian, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centered designs for websites, applications, and other digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your designs will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences and driving the success of our clients’ digital products.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs, business goals, and brand guidelines.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate design ideas effectively.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or courses in UI/UX design would be a plus.
